ONLINE HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING

  • HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
  • This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time
  • Your workout is super-short, and you won’t be at the gym for an hour. So if you push yourself hard, you can be done in about ten to 20 minutes.

Online Crossfit Classes:

  • A form of high intensity interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level.
  • These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc.

  • Accountability groups are a collection of focused people (or a single accountability coach can work just as well) that hold each other accountable to getting things done each week and
  • achieving goals that you set yourselves.
  • My staff will be the accountability coaches making sure the team is on point each week with achieving their goals.

  • Direct a lifestyle intervention program which consists of intensive training in diet, physical activity, and behavior modification.
  • We motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients. Trainers also measure their client’s strengths and weaknesses with fitness
  • In essence an accountability coach is there to provide support, guidance and peer pressure that holds people accountable to take specific action to achieve their goals.
